5+2 is a new daily practice for me, where I’ll try to keep track of my blessings and yearnings. Everyday I challenge myself to catalog 5 things I’m thankful for and 2 things I’m looking forward to. That’s all there is to it, there are no rules. The whole point of 5+2 is to live aware of your life and the blessings everyday.
So I found this idea through the grapevine of blogging. Thank-you to Marilyn and Dave, even though they’ll never read this.
